Proceso de Selección de Proyectos

Xinfra busca concesiones reales de largo plazo que maximicen el retorno y al mismo tiempo mitiguen riesgos:

  1. A través de la experiencia y relaciones profesionales, el proceso de análisis de Xinfra FE inició con un amplio universo de 303 potenciales proyectos.

  2. En el tiempo, se sumaron oportunidades de inversión por iniciativa propia de algunos desarrolladores/concesionarios que se interesaron por sumarse a la plataforma.

  3. Proceso iterativo de selección de potenciales activos: algunas opciones que han sido descartadas por diversos motivos se han reincorporado al conjunto de proyectos prioritarios y viceversa.
